On one side I had to enlarge the holes to get it to bolt to the floor. On the other I had the cut the feet off and re weld them because they were so far off. Also, the seat wouldn't bolt to to one of them with out grinding the mount. Still may have been less work than having to fab mounts but what a disappointment.

The GREAT is: bolted right in. Easy installation. The not-so-great: The price just seems a bit high for the amount of material & workmanship involved. However, look again at the GREAT.
