Speedway Motors 1750506 Details

These Pro-1 rod ends are general purpose, 2-piece, heavy duty rod ends. They feature a chromoly steel body and are black oxide coated to resist corrosion. Heat treated, precision ground ball without a race (metal to metal contact). Pro-1 ends will withstand a greater static load than our "Standard" or "Precision" rod ends.

Applications: Steering & suspension components on moderate to high horsepower applications.

Assembly Tip: To ease assembly, be sure to run a tap or die through the threads on chrome plated fasteners and apply an anti-seize compound to prevent galling of the threads.

dePending on what you are looking to use it for.. not sure if I would trust it's quality as they are made in china.. the ball seems a little "loose and spun freely" to me and the others felt tighter.. I'm not sure if this translates to looser feel..

Used only to mock up suspension rods. Too much play to set into actual service. Each had .002" movement. Making a toe link with .004" variance at the arms. This gave me an unstable +/-1/16" total wheel toe variation.
