Locks up rear tires only

I installed this KIT and ftom the beginning the braket and proportioning valve do not clear a factory 66 mustang. Made new lines. Rears would lock up and fronts hardly work. Installed aftermarket proportion valve, still the same. I replaced ever hydraulic component at this point and the fronts barely work with rear locking up. This kit does not work as advertised.

The item is sold as a fit for a '64 to '66 Mustang however the brake equaliser and bracket collide with the suspension turret. requires new short bracket or the equaliser fitting to the inner fender, brake pipes to master cylinder will then be wrong shape/length. Incorrect ends fitted to brake pipes. No fitting insructions/union thread information supplied yet part is safety critical.

I noticed that the portioning valve has a electrical plug on it. Do you run power to it? If so is that a constant supply? I ordered the kit and it has ZERO instructions!
