    Overall Assessment

Customers appreciate the product's practicality, specifically its ability to simplify complex tasks. An issue was identified with the component not holding the segments tightly, however, an adaptable workaround using a hose clamp proved successful. Some customers voiced suggestions for product improvements, including a better, adjustable ring. On the whole, the product performs well, but could benefit from enhancements to boost its quality and safety. The product is viewed as a practical solution as compared to competitor versions, albeit with room for improvement.

Purchased this tool to remove pulley from a typical GM pump with attached reservoir. The ring doesn't hold the segments tight enough. They started to slip off as soon as I applied pressure to the bolt. I replaced the ring with a sturdy hose clamp and was able to remove the pulley with no problem. I may fabricate a better, adjustable ring for future use, but that should've been included with the tool in the first place.
