Performance Design Carbon LS3 Intake Manifold and Fuel Rail Kit

The Performance Design Carbon LS3 Intake Manifold and Fuel Rail Kit (91607118) is a lightweight, boost-capable tunnel ram–style intake package built for LS3 rectangular-port cylinder head applications. It blends a PA6GF30 glass-filled nylon lower with a carbon fiber upper plenum, giving you high strength with reduced heat soak and a major weight advantage over typical aluminum tunnel ram manifolds (about 10 lb lighter). The lower runner pack also keeps ports and sensors tucked cleanly in the valley for a tidy, hot-rod-friendly install.

What makes the Carbon pTR setup especially useful is its modular runner/velocity stack design, letting you tailor runner length from 6.5" to 9" to match your combo and goal. Go shorter for high-RPM drag-style power, longer for stronger mid-range torque, or even mix lengths to help smooth the torque curve. Airflow is supported by a 105mm forward-facing throttle body flange that accepts 102–105mm throttle bodies, plus multiple sensor and accessory ports. It’s also proven under pressure—tested to over 50 psi of boost—and includes seals and stainless hardware for installation.
