These grommets feature an internal baffle to prevent oil seepage. They fit a hole size of 1.22" - 1.25". The grommet hole for the PCV is .750".

This item is similar in size & function to our Billet Breather w/ PCV 910-11034.

I recently purchased a 1929 Ford with a SBC 350. On the way home at high speed I noticed oil drops on my windshield. The previous owner had a breather on each valve cover, which I knew wasn't right, which blew oil out the breathers and onto the windshield. To cure the problem I needed a new grommet for a PCV valve on the passenger side valve cover. I could not find one locally but you guys had just what I needed. No more oil on my windshield.
