Offenhauser 3558 Details

Offenhauser 3x2 tri-power manifold for 283, 327, 350 & 400 Small Block Chevy. Carb mount stud pattern is 1-7/8" x 3-1/4" (small base Rochester).

  • Hole in front to accept an oil fill tube
  • HEI distributor will not fit

Specs

Approximate Intake Height Measurments: 

Front (Thermostat) = 2-1/4"

1st carb = (Front) 3-3/8 - (Rear) 3-9/16"

2nd carb = (Front) 3-3/4 - (Rear) 3-7/8"

3rd carb = (Front) 4-1/8 - (Rear) 4-1/4"

Rear (Distributor) =  1-1/4"

For race/ off road use or for use on pre-1966 vehicles.

Emissions warning: this part only legal for sale or use in California for racing (competition) vehicles which may never be used, registered, or licensed for use upon a public highway, or if installed in vehicles model-year 1965 or older; motorcycles model-year 1977 or older; or off-highway recreational vehicles (such as off-road motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles) model-year 1996 and older. Any other use renders the vehicle tampered and not legal for use on California public highways (any public street or roadway, public dirt road, public park, or publicly maintained right of way open to the use of the public for vehicular travel). Unacceptable casting irregularities at carb base and ports. Ports could be cleaned up by gasket matching. Carb base shouldn't affect performance. Only can hope the machine work is accurate. Glad Speedway has that one year return policy.
