The finned top fits very loose and sloppy. So much so that I chose to use the Breather Cap without it and will find something else to use the cover on. Breather fit well.

The one i received was two pieces, a normal chrome breather with the ribbed cap that just set on top. there was no retaining method to hold it in place. I ended up using some 3m foam tape to hold the cap from rotating or falling off. It was like mine was missing something.

Looks great! Instead of holding it onto the breather with glue like the instructions said to do I just put a small screw and works just fine. Also wire wheeled it to make it match the motor

This valve cover breather is definitely some great "eye candy" that is sure to dress up your engine bay. Be prepared to remove the existing chrome cap from the base (it ships with your new aluminum one)before installing the finned aluminum one. You'll be truly happy that you made this purchase! I know that I am!

Re part # 6805 finned breather cap: Will this go with the offenhauser valve cover # 5602731. Also I can't seem to find the gasket and seals to go with that valve cover as you suggest. Do you sell these?
