UNIVERSAL COOLANT EXPANSION & RECOVERY TANK SYSTEM Until now to follow the rules of most sanctioning bodies a remote recovery tank would have to be plumbed off the overflow hose. No need with this dual tank system which has a 1 1/4" quart expansion tank with an attached 1 quart recovery tank. An added bonus is that the recovery tank has a built-in siphon tube which draws the overflowed coolant back into the expansion tank as the coolant cools down.
