This vintage pedal car features beautiful chrome headlight housings with decorative non-functional headlights.

The all metal, stamped steel construction is finished off with lead free powder coated paint.

Car features adjustable pedals, wood-look steering wheel, opening tailgate, padded seats, running boards and treaded tires.

Overall Assessment

The fire truck pedal car has been well-received by customers for its cute and nostalgic design. Despite some instances of missing or defective parts, primarily the ladder bracket, the toy is recognized for its decent quality. Users point out that children absolutely love it, although some younger kids might struggle to reach the pedals. While some customers mention loose or missing screws and the need for adjustments, the vintage design and aesthetics of the toy seem to outweigh these minor issues. The pedal car also holds potential for customization, as one customer used it as a PR piece after modifications.

I received the pedal car just in the nick of time so I could give it away as a prize for Christmas. I hope to order another one for next year.

Cute, but annoyingly poor attention to detail

I bought this for my 2 year old who isn't old enough to pedal it yet, so I can't comment on that. He does love sitting in it and being pushed around the driveway/yard in it. It came with a bag of nuts and bolts that was somewhat related to what was needed to assemble it, took a trip to the hardware store to finish it though. Not a big deal, just strange because it came with a bunch of extra hardware, but not all the hardware needed to assemble it. The paint job is pretty nice and most of the stickers are well applied, but the pinstriping stickers are pretty poorly done. They are broken in some places and applied incorrectly to the compound curves so they are pulling away from the fenders. The adhesive isn't good enough to get them to stick now. Long story short, I don't really feel like a got a great value for my money, but I don't regret buying it. It looks great from a distance, not so great up close. I wish there had been just a bit more attention to some of the finishing touches.

My son loves this truck. Took a bit to get used to pedaling. I would recommend using loc tight on the bolts and nuts. I would also recommend spending some time smoothing out the edges overall. Several points where kids and adults can get cut.

This fire truck is sooo adorable! My only complaint is that one of the ladder brackets was broke upon arrival, my husband had to use JB Weld glue to get it to to hold the ladder on one side. Plus there were screws missing but he had some.

I gave the truck out as a door prize at a Car Show locally. The product had several screws loose and missing in the packaging. The seat was missing a moulding to finish the upholstery, and the pin striping on the truck was all loose and crooked, it had to be redone.
