Details

The diameter of the GN HAT flange is smaller than the diameter of the DIRECT flange, therefore the HAT flange will work either rotor mount application, but the DIRECT flange will only work with direct mount rotor setups.

"DIR" Refers to a hub assembly that uses a rotor adaptor that bolts the rotor directly to the back of the hub. "HAT" refers to a hub assembly that uses a rotor and hat assembly that slides over the outside of the hub to mount to the rotor.

Be sure to give the two countersunk retainer screws a liberal dab of grease or anti-seize compound.

Overall Assessment

Customers highly recommend the product, especially for its quality and practicality. The drive flange is confirmed to fit both older and newer hubs, although adaptation may be needed for older plates. Made of durable aluminum, it's suitable for Mittler Bros hubs. Users confirm its perfect fit and commend its performance, especially in vintage racing cars. However, it's noted that the smaller O.D. "HAT" style may not fully support wheels but remains efficient. It's viewed as a quality product for its price.

This drive flange will fit the newer hubs and also the older gold anodized however the retainer bolts do not exactly match the gold plates and will require redrilling. Neither Speedway or MB have an available option for the older plates.

these are a nice beefy aluminum drive flange for the Mittler Bros hubs. The only other comment is that the "HAT" style which is slightly smaller O.D. does not make much contact with the wheel outside of the circumference of the wheel studs. It doesn't seem to be an issue but I'm sure there is not as much strength if the wheel isn't fully supported.

Looking to get just the dust cap for this. Somehow I lost mine. It doesnt look like yall sell it separately. What is the bolt hole center to center measurement for the cap? Hoping it is the same as your house brand cap.
