Can this style fitting be used to go into the master cylinder to use AN braided hoses instead of hard lines?

Will the 7/16" - 24 side seal with a crush washer? Trynig to hook AN 3 to old wheel cylinders with 7/16"-24 strait thread and a banjo won't work needs to be straight.
