At the heart of the kit is Eaton's advanced sixth-generation TVS2300 hybrid-roots supercharger, featuring four-lobe high-helix rotors with 160 degrees of twist. This highly efficient design delivers instant boost, cooler discharge temperatures, reduced parasitic loss, and quieter operation compared to many traditional superchargers. Using a 3.9-inch pulley on a 6.0L LS engine, the system can produce approximately 6 psi of boost, resulting in gains of roughly 120 rear-wheel horsepower and 120 lb-ft of rear-wheel torque without additional modifications.

The integrated liquid-to-air intercooler helps maintain consistent intake air temperatures for repeatable performance, while the vacuum-operated bypass valve improves fuel economy and drivability by allowing the supercharger to free-spin during light-throttle conditions.
