The Magnuson TVS1900 Radix Supercharger System is a complete bolt-on performance upgrade designed for 2004-2007 GM trucks and 2500-series SUVs equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L V8 engines. Engineered to deliver factory-like drivability and reliability, this system produces approximately 6 psi of boost and adds up to 120 rear-wheel horsepower and 120 lb-ft of rear-wheel torque. Whether towing, hauling, daily driving, or seeking enhanced performance, the TVS1900 provides strong power gains throughout the RPM range with instant throttle response and torque on demand.

At the heart of the system is Magnuson's TVS1900 Hybrid Roots-style supercharger, featuring Eaton's advanced Twin Vortices Series rotor technology. The four-lobe, high-helix rotors deliver efficient airflow, cooler operating temperatures, and quieter performance than many conventional superchargers. A large integrated liquid-to-air intercooler, front-mounted heat exchanger, electric water pump, and coolant reservoir work together to maintain low intake air temperatures for consistent performance under demanding conditions.

The system is designed as a true turnkey package, arriving with the supercharger assembly, fuel injectors, fuel rails, crossovers, calibration, handheld tuner, installation hardware, and detailed instructions. The vacuum-operated bypass valve minimizes parasitic drag during light-load driving, helping preserve stock-like fuel economy and drivability. The kit is also CARB-certified for 50-state emissions legality under EO# D-488-46.
