    This special tool is an inexpensive way to make a set of custom plug wires. It provides a die to strip either 8mm Heli-Core or 8.5mm Super Conductor Wire, then can be used in a vise to provide a solid terminal crimp to the wire.

      I can't count how many times I've messed up at least a couple crimps on custom cut plug wires. The hand held crimpers always seemed to be too narrow to me. A friend loaned me this tool and BAM! What a difference. As long as you take your time and align the wire / tool in the vise you can't screw it up. You watch it crimp as the vise closes. When you're done you'll be proud to display the results. They look very professional. Tape the halves together when not in use. Small and easy to loose.
