My biggest problem with the kit was that the clip does not extend far enough like the stock ones do. So when you are sliding something over them like a fender over the inner fender the clips do not hold and they tend to shift or in some cases pull right off. This also make it hard to align your bolt through the fend and onto the inner fender hole that has the clip that shifted . Other than that this kit works just takes more effort to get things bolted down.

Purchased this front end fastener kit to have on hand for when I assemble the front end on my 66 Chevelle. When I received the kit I opened it to inspect the contents. All fasteners and shims appear to be of high quality. I'm very confident when I assemble the front end of my Chevelle I'll not have any problems with this fastener kit.
