Used this for breaking in my 396 BBC with a flat tappet cam. Followed a combination of the cam manufacturer and my machine shop's advice for break-in. My shop said I couldn't go wrong with Lucas and the three pack is a better deal than individual bottles. Broke the motor in and switched to standard oil. All is well.
