Lokar XKD-2700HT Details

Lokar's "U-Cut-to-Fit" Hi-Tech 700R4 Kickdown Cables are available in black stainless steel braided housing. They are designed with a specially extruded liner for extended life of the cable – not to be confused with ordinary brake hose. Kickdown features aluminum fittings with ferrule to eliminate frayed cable ends. Kickdowns are adaptable for all types of manifolds including tunnel ram, blower manifolds and Weber induction systems. Mount these kickdowns with Lokar's stainless steel carburetor bracket and return springs (sold separately). Complete instructions included in kit.

I knew but used the cheap plastic cable that has a plastic clamp that won't allow it to sit flush.....poor OEM design. After trying to re-seat my new 700r cable twice and smearing high temp quality rtv it still leaked. I've bought at least 6 Lokar cables in the past and got lazy. If you're installing a new TV Cable don't cut corners get a Lokar, one and done!

What is the length of the cable? The KD-2700HT appears to be quite a bit longer than the XKD-2700HT. I would prefer black to the stainless but need the length for my tunnel ram. Thanks- Nick
