I had the tallest Lokar shifter & swapped it out with a 6" to give me more room. The only problem was that the shift cable would not fit all the way through the shaft. Kind of strange, I had to drill the shaft larger to accommodate the cable. Anyway, alls good ! Shifts beautifully. Chrome is superior to all other brands. Mikey
