    Lokar ED-5005 Details

    This Flexible Engine Dipstick is designed with a billet aluminum handle to coordinate with Lokar's Flexible Transmission Dipstick. Slim design allows mounting inside headers. Designed for use with factory, Sanderson cast manifolds or block hugger headers. E-Z read flexible inner dipstick measuring cable for accurate measure of engine oil.

    Screw into pan, 5/8"-18 thread.

    I had a little trouble getting it to leave me room to extract the sparkplug. It has no instructions. I though it must be really simple to install, but, It ended up right on top of the sparkplug. I tried to do alternate installation by fixing it to a header bolt more towards the back and it just barely misses the sparkplug now. I think it should have been maybe a little bit longer, or had some instructions that explained what to do with the mounting bracket to miss the sparkplug. It does match my transmission dipstick though.
