does this come with a neutral safety switch?

Can the 32" shift handle be used with the Floor Mount shifter? Can the Radical Double Bend Shifter, 32inch be used on the Lokar floor mount shifter or cable shifter? I dont have enough clearance between the floor and trans to do a top mount etc.
