With a 1984 C4-AOD, does the transmission oil pan need to be removed, in order to remove the old and then install the new lever?

Does Speedway or Lokar offer a separate seal for the inner hole of this arm ? The seal goes around the kickdown shaft inside the hole in this arm, and the arm I have didn't come with this seal installed in it.Do you have a part number for this seal either from Lokar or Speedway?

How do i tell what selector shaft i need? I cant tell if i need the 1/4 slot and hole or the 5/16 slot can you help me find the right selector shaft.
