Used it in an LS swap. My 5.3 truck motor had a regulator on the fuel rail, I drove it this way for a year. I swapped to a Camaro intake manifold and fuel rail so I needed a pressure regulator. I used this and it runs great. The in and return are the same as the truck sizes, so I only needed the connections for the exit and fuel rail. If you need all the connections, Speedway also sells a kit with all the associated fittings to get you to -6 AN hose, part 91012800.
