    These EGR exhaust block-off plates are intended for use on non-pollution controlled, off-road vehicles only.

    • For GM LS engines
    • Hardware and O-ring are included
    • Measures 1-3/4" center-to-center on bolt holes

    For race/ off road use or for use on pre-1966 vehicles.

    Emissions warning: this part only legal for sale or use in California for racing (competition) vehicles which may never be used, registered, or licensed for use upon a public highway, or if installed in vehicles model-year 1965 or older; motorcycles model-year 1977 or older; or off-highway recreational vehicles (such as off-road motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles) model-year 1996 and older. Any other use renders the vehicle tampered and not legal for use on California public highways (any public street or roadway, public dirt road, public park, or publicly maintained right of way open to the use of the public for vehicular travel). Violations subject to $37,500 penalty per violation per vehicle, revocation of registration, loss of use on California public right of ways, and proof of correction for tampering. There are similar restrictions and penalties under federal law and the laws of all other states with penalties under federal law of up to approximately $45,268 per tampered vehicle and/or engine.

    I used these parts for capping off the exhaust manifold fittings for the factory AIR injection system as that system has now been taken out on my 1999 Corvette. The one issue is that these parts are a little bigger than factory flange fittings on the exhaust manifolds therefore they only bolt up correctly on one side of the bolt holes. Can still be used but will have to seal off the other side.

    Although it took me while to find what I needed on Google, when I finally came across SpeedwayMotors, I knew I had what I needed. Great description of product and its use and I was able to install perfectly without removing headers or any problems. Definitely would recommend when deleting EGR from LS engines

    IT WOULD HAVE HAD 5 STARS IF IT HAD MORE HARDWARE FACTORY MANIFOLDS ARE TAPED AND THREADED MY NEW HEADERS ARE NOT. WILL HAVE TO FIND LONGER BOLTS THAT HAVE A CONCAVED HEAD AND LOCK WASHERS AND NUTS. BUT THE PLATE ITSELF IS TOP NOTCH. I KNOW IM WHINNING I WILL MAKE IT WORK
