Designed for Street Stocks, IMCA Modifieds, Limited Late Models, Mini Modifieds, Dwarf Cars, Legends, and other entry-level racing classes, the KIRKEY 38 Series Standard Layback Seat Kit combines lightweight aluminum construction with proven safety and comfort features. The unique seat-bottom design allows multiple mounting angles between 10° and 20° without increasing the vehicle's center of gravity, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of race car applications.

Constructed from .100-inch thick 5052-grade aluminum using both TIG and MIG welding, the seat features extra internal welds, bolt-on rib braces, a welded headrest plate, and a reinforced perimeter extrusion for added strength and protection. Raised front leg supports help reduce driver fatigue, while integrated lap, shoulder, and submarine belt openings accommodate virtually any racing harness system. Molded rubber trim around the belt openings provides a clean, professional finish.

The included snap-on cover is available in black vinyl or black tweed and features quilted padding, contoured high-density foam, reinforced stress points, and double-stitched belt openings for durability. The result is a race-ready seating package that delivers the safety, support, and comfort drivers need during long nights at the track.
