- 4-row, 2¾" thick copper core
- Direct fit, bolt-in installation — no modifications to core support, grille, or grille shell
- Brass tubes made in-house: 0.125" × 0.5"
- One-piece top tanks stamped from 0.040" deep-draw brass
- Pre-drawn heavy 12-gauge steel rod holder with threaded holes for all attachments (pre-1940s cars/trucks where applicable)
- Full quality control from raw material to finished product
- Made in the USA — manufactured in-house using original tooling
- Heavy-gauge steel side brackets with pre-drilled holes (where applicable)
- A/C models include a Vintage Air condenser
