Details

In the IMCA modified class it's approved to use 5/8" rod ends instead of original outer tie rod ends. When used with the adapter stud listed, this set-up allows you to easily adjust the steering geometry. Includes inner tie rod, steel adjusting sleeve, 5/8" rod end and jam nuts.

Rods available in 17-1/2", 18-1/2", 19-1/2", 20-1/2" and 21-1/2" center to center.

5/8" steel tube replacements available in 9", 10", 11", 12" and 13".

IMCA Approved.

These are measured from centre of heim joint to center of tie rod joint, but is this measurement with the adjustment in the smallest position or the largest ?

I want to use this with your Adjustable Tie-Rod Adapter Stud to Heim fitting. It is going on a 71 Chevelle. Do you know what length I need or at what point(s) do I measure the old one to know? When I measured from center mount to center mount it was 17.5". When I measured from end to end it was 18.5".
