    Overall Assessment

The product, a stall converter, has received positive feedback for its high quality and comes with an added advantage of extra fasteners despite the listing's specifications. Users recommend reading the instructions thoroughly for appropriate installation, including necessary shimming for proper bolting. Though the cam specs recommend a 2500-3000 stall, customers preferring greater efficacy suggest opting for a 3000. However, the product's compact size might surprise first-time users. While some users haven't tested it, anticipation for its performance is high given the product's merits.

Built motor and didn't realize i needed a stall converter. Installed this converter and made car drive nice. It will idle in gear now. It did come with bolts but be advised you'll probably have to shim it, read instructions and purchase actual shims for converter

Nice product with good reviews. This is my first stall converter so i didn't realize they are physically smaller. I also throughly read the directions after installing it to learn that I needed to shim converter to where it bolts to flex plate. Otherwise it works good. Also came with new fasteners which the listing said it didn't. Lastly, my cam specs recommended a 2500-3000 stall, if so had to do over I'd go with a 3000.

Actually I haven't put it in the truck yet, I'm waiting for my local machine shop to finish reworking the heads, but the bottom end of the motor is all done, will keep you posted on the progress.
