Radiator Screen Rock Guard Protector Mesh | Nomex Honeycomb

This lightweight, durable Nomex honeycomb is designed for racing and high-performance street applications, offering heat and chemical resistance for lasting reliability. Its hexagonal design improves airflow, reduces turbulence, and blocks debris to keep radiators, oil coolers, and intercooler/heat exchangers clear and running efficiently. Place it directly in front of your radiator or intercooler core to absorb impacts and protect your expensive aluminum radiator or intercooler from damage. Made from rigid yet lightweight Nomex, some racers have used a single protector for an entire season. Cleaning is as simple as rinsing off and air-drying.

Install Note - This is held into place by our Honeycomb Mounting Kit for Transmission Coolers/Fans/Shrouds (Not Included) or similar through core retention product.

• Honeycomb material is 1/2-inch thick
• Honeycomb wall thickness is .001" to .002"
• Can be trimmed to fit core size or for body panel clearance
• Designed for the racing world but works great for street and off-road vehicles as well to protect exposed cooling surfaces

• 6 sided openings are 0.110 to 0.125 (1/8 Inch)
