Speedway Motors HEI Distributor has everything you need, all under one cap. With a high-quality aluminum housing and hardened steel dual bushing construction, it is built to last. It features fully adjustable mechanical and vacuum advances, so precision adjustment is a breeze. It has a high-output module, high-spark 65,000 volt coil, solid brass terminals, and an easy one-wire hookup.

Packed with design and build features, this HEI distributor offers a whole lot of bang for your buck. A CNC machined billet aluminum housing guarantees a perfect fit, plus hardened steel internals ensure stability and long-lasting performance. Its high-output ignition module and powerful 65,000-volt coil mean that you'll have everything you'll need to power you high performance engine. With adjustable mechanical and vacuum advances and a simple one-wire hookup, easy is an understatement.

Fits Chrysler small block 273, 318, 340, and 360 V8 engines. Will not fit "Magnum" engines.

Includes vacuum advance adjustment tool and instructions.

Note: Distributor gear is not included. Original distributor gear must be utilized and installed.

We have used about a dozen of these either in our older mopar drivers or in Demolition Derby cars. They are very easy to setup and keep running. They add reliability over the older mopar electronic ignition or points. If you are using this in a vehicle that still has the factory firewall you will more than likely have to clearance around the distributor to make enough room for it. A ball peen hammer or lightly with an air hammer does the trick.

Its a nice quality hei for the price. It is big so be aware Dart drivers. I had to unbolt the wiring harness for the windshield wiper motor to get it in. It rubs slightly on the fire wall.

THIS THING WORKS A LOT BETTER THAN WHAT I HAD, IN A 70 CHALLENGER I HAD TO MOVE THE OIL SENDING UNIT AND MODIFY THE THROTTLE LIKAGE BRACKET. THIS CAR IS A STICK SHIFT, I HAD TO REMOVE THE PART OF BRACKET THAT WOULD HAVE HAD THE KICK DOWN LINKAGE BOLTED TO IT.
