Speedway Motors 91101040 Details
To get that period correct look, these headlights are what you need. They have a clear marker light with five amber LEDs, and H4 halogen bulb. 12 volt operation with a 7" diameter light.
Clear lens marker light features a 5 led panel with a dual circuit function. One circuit will function as a low brightness output with the second circuit having a high brightness output. This allows for the marker light to be used for both the running/marker light and for the turn signals as needed.
Sold each, two make a pair.
Replacement LED Bulb for Guide 682-C Style Headlight is Part Number 91139518.

Where do I start? Bought a pair of these. Polishing compound in every nook and cranny, polish job marginal, numerous screws cross-threaded with phillips heads stripped, turn signal housings don't fit into stamped recesses, registers (clocking) of the headlight lenses rotated about 5 degrees counter-clockwise (headlight lenses don't sit perpendicular to the earth!), one unit mis-wired, one LED element non-functional in one unit. I was able to overcome all of the short-comings (except the non-functional LED element) with about two hours of additional work, so the installation is acceptable. These would be a reasonable deal at maybe $80 each.

I have had these Guide stainless headlights on my 1989 Peterbilt since 2012. I am a rock hauler out here in Wyoming and drive rough washboard roads 5-6 days a week and they withstand the vigorous shaking and vibration that rough roads torture our vehicles with. These stainless head lights never lose their shine either and I highly recommend them whether you have a fancy street rod or a heavy hauler semi truck. ALSO, I highly recommend Speedway Motors for knowledgeable friendly staff... careful packing, fast shipping.
