Fit perfectly
This is the correct size for my chrome aluminum valve covers. And the correct i.d. for my PCV valve. This was on my 1972 chevy c10 with SBC350. This grommet has the wider groove for the thicker valve covers. WILL NOT WORK FOR STAMPED STEEL VALVE COVERS. Just to let ya know. :)

I put it in a valley pan on a 312 y block engine. Now the engine has a pvc valve. Service was excellent I drove 82 miles around trip to pick up a 4 dollar part. Shipping would have been cheaper.
