I used the steering wheel on my 1977 Tahiti ski boat. It looks great and works too. The problem was I could not get the center horn button out and broke the spacer in the process. I tried clamping down the 12 screws that hold the wheel together it bent the wheel out of true. Now I have a good looking bent wheel. I use small wood block to replace broken plastic but it is still messed up.

This is a great looking and easy to install. A few difficulties I encountered was the black spacer cracked and was difficult to remove. Also without a horn button the chrome decorative center does not attach to anything and falls out. Not sure if I have all the parts needed to install it correctly
