Users appreciate the product's high quality, signified by its solid fabrication as compared to factory-style plastic reservoirs which are prone to leakage. The larger size, although a bit wider and deeper, impressively accommodates a Detroit Speed hardline pressure tube. Easy installation and good compatibility add to its practicality. Despite the absence of a dipstick, maintaining the fluid level is straightforward. Compared to other competing products, many customers favor our reservoir for its superior quality and functionality.

This is very nice quality reservoir. The fit was perfect on my Vintage air front runner serpentine belt set-up. I needed a reservoir with two fluid return ports. I am running power steering and a hydro brake booster. With both return lines run together with a "Y" connector I was experiencing whining when turning. I also was burned the fluid very quickly. After installing this reservoir the problem has been resolved. I would definitely recommend this reservoir!

I was having a leak fight with the GM Type II on my resto-mod 1972 Ford F100 4x4 truck. Then I bought this tank, and at first I saw no leaks, but then there was some evidence on the return line and on the tank side and cap area was wet, not drenched. I just removed the entire pump to inspect, and while turning the pump upside down, there was a rattle in the tank. I found this filter/plug inside the tank and I'm checking the web for an answer and found it on the images here on Speedway. Apparently, this filter threads into the underside of the cap, which is probably to help keep PS fluid from weeping out and running down the tank. So, if you purchase this tank, make sure to check that this filter plug is tight. Cheers

I bought this to hopefully fix the power steering leaks on my all star power steering pump with a plastic reservoir. It was leaking between the pump and tank. Installed this tank and all of my issues went away.

So I purchased this tank as a replacement for the plastic one to go along with my ICT Billet electric water pump accessory bracket. Overall quality of the tank is great. The description says it is polished as it is not, it is clearly a brushed finish. The tank also is roughly three-quarter of an inch bigger all around than the factory plastic tank. The factory plastic tank is an extremely tight fit with my accessory drive bracket, if you have extremely close tolerance than this tank may cause an interference issues.
