I would buy again
All of the bolt holes lined up, had to modify to make it fit around starter and had to add spacers to make it clear the flex plate, the bolts that were included need to be longer to make it fit with spacers. I would recommend it to a friend but would explain all of the problems I had installing and making it fit and let them decide.

I would not buy again or recommend.
The product information states some minor modifications are needed around the starter due to different applications , however it cannot be adjusted to keep it from rubbing the flex plate. The recommended fix is to add washers behind the cover to provide clearance, but leaves a gap for debris to enter the cover.
