Good tight fit
I knew I would be trimming this since I'm mounting it to the trans sitting behind my 225 V-6 Buick. That's why I wanted a black one. I got it to fit snugly in about 30 minutes with a die grinder and a hammer. The finished product looks like it came that way. It's supposed to be harder to fit behind a Buick with the starter in the way but this one worked great.

Doesn't work with 168 tooth flywheel, otherwise good
If the description would have stated "Does not work with 168 tooth flywheel" I wouldn't have purchased it. I modified mine to work. Otherwise you will still need to clearance around starter and oil pan in my case with a Powermaster starter and Moroso oil pan.

The product was made of strong metal and ridged. Had to do a little triming to fit right. The bolts were the wrong size so I just tapped the holes to fit the bolts.

Cover is sturdy stamped steel. Be prepared to correct a few minor imperfections upon arrival. The starter hole cutout is a universal large, so it should fit. The kicker for me that landed this part in the trash bin was that it doesn't fit a 168 tooth flywheel.
