Great Product
Why go to your local parts store and hope you'll get the right pads for your metric race car? The price is about the same and maybe a dollar or two less.

I would look for something different
These pads came with my caliper kit for my Model A project. After 200 miles of driving, The inside part of the wheels are coated with black Brake dust. Even my whitewalls wont stay clean. Stopping is fine but I think the brake material is to soft. Also noticed squeaking at slower speeds. Apply slight brake pressure makes it go away.

I was needing a set of unknown origin brake shoes. A buddy of mine found them on the Speedway website. I called the Tech line to make sure and they did.

I bought the 910-31945 disk brake kit and these pads came in the kit with no installation instructions. There were two types of spring clips included, and I'm wondering what they are for and how they should be installed? I watched the Speedway Tech Talk disk brake set up video, and it says to just throw them away. I saw somewhere else that they are used to prevent rattling, and I'd rather not have chatter when I apply the brakes.

how to install clips that come with brake pads. I have assembled the front brakes with no problem, but I can't figure out where or how to install the clips that were shipped with the pads. I assume this is for anti-rattle or ??? This is part of the Deluxe 23T kit with front Ford spindles. Explanation or drawing would be appreciated. Thanks.
