    GM Restoration Parts 3987921 Details

    Transmission speedo gear.  Correct red color and 21 tooth design.  Exact fit for all automatic powerglide , turbo 350 and saginaw or muncie manual transmissions.  Will not work for automatic turbo 400 transmissions. Factory match for 3.31 rear axle ratio with o/e size tires.  Replaces original GM part number 3987921.

    It was a genuine GM speedo gear so it works perfectly. It actually didn't have the large casting ridge my old gear had and the a leak has been eliminated because of it.

    Hi , Can you advise me as to what speedometer gears I need in my GM Turbo 350 ? I'm, going to be running 3:73 final gear ratio with 29.5 tall tires . Thanks for your help
