I ordered 2 of these and right out of the box I had problems with the chrome flaking off. I returned one and still have yet to receive a replacement and while installing the second one the nuts provided in the hardware kit are self locking nuts they threaded down until the lock portion hit the threads on the bolts and would not thread any farther and when I tried to take them off well they wouldn't come off either so I had to cut them off and go get new ones at the hardware store. Poor quality

The center anchor is made to long so there was not enough ground clearance. Was not able to use it, had to return it. I would buy another one if there was an option for length of the center point.
