Beautiful product, replaced my stock distributor with this pro billet distributor. I didn't realize that the depth of the oil pump shaft on the distributor was deeper than the stock distributor. My oil pump shaft doesn't have the ring around it to hold it in the engine and oil pump. I always installed the oil pump shaft in the distributor and then install it in the engine. Well when I did that, I didn't have oil pressure. I was wondering what is going on here. I pulled the distributor back out and compared it to the stock distributor and the oil pump shaft goes into the pro billet distributor farther than the stock distributor. So I had to fish the oil pump shaft into the oil pump and then install the distributor. Now everything works perfect and I have oil pressure.
