I am wiring a sensor for the ac that will turn on the fan when the pressures get to high. Can I hook a wire to this controller to activate the fan when needed?

I understood that the fan (single speed fan) will come on at 60 percent speed initially and as the temperature increases the fan speed will increase as well. How would it work and how can it be wired if paired with a 2 speed fan?
