Your site mentions the Mustang Manual Steering box as an alternative to the reversed Corvair box. However, it also recommends this box be used with "4-bar" front suspensions, while the Corvair is recommended for "Radius Rod" style front suspensions. Can the Mustang Manual Steering box be successfully used with a "Radius Rod" (aka "hairpin") style front suspension

Is this a reasonable replacement for a Vega style manual box? I assume the mounting bolt pattern is different than the Vega box. The Mustang box would be used on a Model A Highboy with a solid front axle - and would there be interference if the front axle was dropped? Thanks!

Installation How difficult is the installation with basic tools? Will having headers on the car cause any issues? How does the feel compare to original equipment (ease & turning radius)? As I am getting older and used to driving more current vehicles, would it be recommended to consider a power assist? Budget is a concern of course, I am retired and this is just a hobby vehicle.
