whats a good grill insert for this shell

Is this supposed to fit inside the Tribute T bucket frame rails? I ordered this to go with my tribute t and it does not come close to fitting. The inside of the frame rails measure 19 5/8" and the grille shell measures 22" under the mounting tabs.
