Repair slug is 1.310" o/d x 0.087" wall thickness x 3" long to be used inside 1-1/2" x 0.095" wall tubing.

The repair slug fit perfectly when used inside of a .095" (wall thickness) piece of 1 1/2 inch 4130 tubing. We used it in new construction to help connect a curved section to part of a roll bar structure. The individual slugs measure 3 inches long which matches the recommended two times the tubing diameter for a either a repair or a new butt weld of this type. An excellent product.
