    Doug's Headers H1134 Details

    Avoid an expensive trip to the muffler shop by using this cut-out hookup kit when installing our electric exhaust cut outs. Some fabrication required but no welding nescessary. Kits are sold as a pair and come with mounting hardware.

    These hook-up kits are made for our electric cut-outs but can be used for other applications.

    • Overall length of pipe = 12.00"
    • Length of stepped pipe splicing into exhaust = 2.00" each side
    • Center pipe length (between stepped pipes = 8.00"
    • Cut out length (center of weld to edge iof flange) = 9.50"
    • 31.4 degree angle

    I wanted the larger 3 1/2 collectors for my roadster had to build a reducer to match 2 inch exhaust to the 3 1/2 inch collector. I could not find a neck down adapter that can match a 2 inch exhaust pipe to the 3 1/2 collector. I built one and it worked out good.

    3 1/2 collectors ( block off plate) I bought these from you they are zinc coated. do they make the block off plate in chrome or stainless for better looks???? the zinc coated one just don't look that good.

    3.5 inch cut outs what is 3.5 inch referring too? pipe I D or pipe O D or size of plate bolt pattern, end plate size at the end of cut out
