Customers appreciate the product for its easy installation, making it user-friendly. Its ability to operate quietly and stay cool distinguishes it from competing products. However, some users noted issues with its robustness and usability, as the product tends to come apart and doesn't wrap tightly. Despite this, its superior quiet and cool operation sets it apart from competitors.
