The price and the magnifier are great but the light is not. Electrical construction is flimsy. After several in and outs of the batteries I got it to work long enough to find that the light position will not illuminate into the plug recess to the base of the porcelain - however no problem as the light then quit working. I removed the bulb and bored a small hole all the way through the body to use a fiber optic adapter with small mag-lite - a pain in the keister to manipulate both parts but plug recesses are now visible.
