The "details" portion of the ad for this engine states: "carb included: NO" and "air cleaner included: NO". But all other vendors selling the BP38313CTC1D engine show that those items are included. Is this a Speedway ad mistake, or are the Holley 750 carb and air cleaner included?

Would like to know if this is a good streetable engine for my 72 Chevelle with a 4-speed?Will it fit without issues?Can I install it and start it or will I have to tune and time it.I want a true drop in engine.And would I have to buy a late model flywheel because this is a 1-piece rear main seal?And last because it has a decent size cam will this engine have issues with fouling plugs when sitting idling for extended periods of time?(sitting in traffic) Is it a good daily driver or weekend cruising engine? Thank You!
