It's a 1/4 turn fastener, did what it's supposed to
I like that they are black, makes them look better on my car. I wish they had steel black ones. The aluminum ones round the slot easily. Better price than anywhere else though and great service refunding the shipping when FedEx lost them and they had to be re-sent.
