Return PolicyIf you're looking for that last little bit of detail for your engine bay or cooling system upgrade, we have just the thing. Forget that parts store stamped steel radiator cap (that can flex and rust) and upgrade to a strong billet aluminum radiator cap for your cooling system instead. Manufactured from billet aluminum and CNC machined for a precise and repeatable fit every time, our WindChill® billet aluminum radiator caps fit all standard 1.50-inch radiator neck openings (most domestic muscle cars, classic trucks, and more) and feature a 15-psi pressure rating, suitable for use with carbureted or fuel injected engines. So, whether you're still rocking a 350 small block Chevy, upgraded to an LS swap, or perhaps powering your ride with something interesting like Ford's Godzilla V8, this cap's pressure rating will work for you.
We added machined grip notches to our WindChill® billet aluminum radiator cap to allow a firm grip for easy installation or removal, while the black anodized body and CNC machined logo present a high-end appearance for any radiator, be it natural or polished aluminum, or a black coated radiator. Both the upper and lower sealing surfaces utilize rubber gaskets, allowing any coolant overflow to pass safely through to your radiator overflow tank and not make a mess of your radiator and adjacent engine compartment areas.
